We are looking for a skilled ICT Technician to join a busy MSP around the Leeds area.
This role would suit someone with experience supporting IT either within a school environment or an MSP, who enjoys taking ownership of technical issues and delivering reliable solutions.
You’ll be responsible for keeping systems running smoothly while also help the school to get the most out of its ICT. From supporting staff and students to maintaining hardware and applications, your work will directly contribute to creating an effective learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Act as the main onsite contact for IT, providing responsive 1st/2nd line support to staff and students
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, AV equipment and more
* Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software across the school network
