Description

  • Hardware and Software maintenance across all devices on site
  • Provide support to all system and networking requirements
  • Involved in the installation and configuration of devices, new and existing.
  • First point of contact on site for resolution of technical issues

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments and network fundamentals
  • Strong experience in ICT systems maintenance and technical support
  • Ability to work on site, 5 days a week at HMAS Stirling
  • Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Comp TIAA+, Network+ and Linux Certifications
  • Diploma in Electronics, Information Technology or Computer Networks
