About the role

As an ICT Systems Engineer, you will provide IT technical support for Daifuku customer sites and others as required by Daifuku Customer Care team. This will involve supporting existing or creation of new systems, processes, and procedures as necessary to meet the IT support requirements.

Given the nature of the Customer Care operations there will be a requirement to assist with IT related calls that occur outside of standard business hours or to cover for the team members if necessary.
