Are you an ICT Supporter ready to take new challenges? We are looking for an ICT Supporter for our client, a Swiss company of aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Administration of the Microsoft Azure environment, Windows Server, MS365
- 1st- and 2nd-level support for approximately 60 workstations
- 1st- and 2nd-level support for main applications and interfaces from Operations
- Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and monitoring of clients, printer environment and peripheral devices
- Endpoint management including Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Setting up and managing users, permissions and group policies
- Planning, coordinating and implementing projects for further development of existing infrastructure and applications, and evaluating and introducing new technologies as part of the digitalization strategy ...
