Job Description
This is a customer-facing technical role combining office-based support and on-site field work.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting POS systems, payment terminals, networks, and hospitality IT environments across Sydney.
You’ll work closely with operations, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for the merchants.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support
- Provide Level 1–2 ICT support for POS systems, payment terminals, kiosks, and digital signage
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Remote and on-site diagnosis and resolution of client issues
- Manage ticketing system and ensure SLA compliance
