Overview

We are seeking a permanent ICT Service Manager with an architecture focus for the information management services area of the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County.

Responsibilities

As ICT Service Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of designated ICT services. You will develop solutions that streamline daily operations, free up time for social and health care staff from routine tasks, and support organizational goals. Your key duties include planning, developing, and lifecycle management of services, situational awareness, development roadmaps, budgeting, and vendor collaboration. You will work closely with information management experts, operational representatives, other ICT service managers, and system and technology providers.
