ICT Procurement Specialist

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead the development of strategic sourcing approaches and associated contract management plans to achieve required procurement and contract outcomes.
• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including market analysis, sourcing strategy development, procurement planning, evaluation and contract award, in accordance with QITC and Queensland Government procurement requirements.
• Provide expert advice on ICT sourcing strategies, procurement methodologies and commercial approaches for complex, high risk or high value procurements.
