Job Description

Maintain school ICT asset & inventory records; conduct monthly checks

Provide support for school ICT systems, including vendor-managed systems

Provide onsite troubleshooting for staff and students on devices and SSOE issues

Set up AV/IT equipment for lessons, events and presentations

C. Asset Management & Maintenance

Perform routine checks on ICT & AV equipment to ensure classroom readiness

Coordinate repairs, servicing and equipment delivery with vendors

Configure and prepare devices for deployment to staff and students

D. Reporting & Project Support

Report and document missing/damaged equipment

Follow school processes and documentation requirements

Assist with MOE or school ICT rollout projects

E. Content & User Support

Support teachers in software usage; conduct simple training/sharing sessions

Maintain digital media and shared folders
