ANGARAI is seeking an ICT Associate to manage the organizations end-to-end IT and digital ecosystem, with a strong focus on Zoho One administration, system automation, access control, security, and compliance, using the Zoho ecosystem as the single system of record. This role supports both ANGARAI INDIA and ANGARAI (USA) and operates in alignment with U.S. EST business hours. The role plays a critical part in supporting ANGARAIs commitment to operational excellence, information security, data integrity, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, ensuring stable and secure IT operations, reliable system integrations, effective dashboards and reporting, controlled access management, and a scalable digital infrastructure that supports business functions across the organization.
