§ Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
§ Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of iCertis data structures and processes.
§ Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
§ Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for iCertis platform issues, and best practices.
§ Buyer/Support/Manager updates
§ Agreement Expiry date Updates.
§ Notification Updates
§ Create or Amend Help Text
§ Removing the user from team in Notification
