The North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an ICC Scheduling Analyst to support scheduling across our Integrated Contact Centre (ICC). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in workforce management tools, and capable of creating accurate staff schedules.

This position offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week. The successful applicant will enjoy benefits such as a pension scheme and up to 33 days of annual leave.
