- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT, business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT solutions and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience in the applied role. Fresh graduate also welcomed to apply.
