ICAM

• In this position, the candidate will be responsible for managing operational monitoring using IBM Cloud Application Manager (ICAM), including building management interfaces, dashboards, APIs, automation frameworks, and alerts.
• The candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting their efforts as part of an agile development cycle.
• Projects will vary based upon the needs of the portfolio, but will include:
• Daily build and support of ICAM Monitoring solution
• IBM Cloud Application Manager (ICAM) / Monitoring application Experience
• Constructing API Libraries and automation scripts
• Consulting with Product Teams to onboard new monitors and alerts to ICAM and other Monitoring Applications
• Work with First Responders and Product teams to improve and support tooling for existing services, including On-Call rotation schedule for incident-management
• Automation Experience
• RESTful API Experience
• AGILE / TDD Experience...
