IC Test Development Engineer
Qualifications:
  • BSEE or BSET or higher degree with 10+ years related test engineering experience in analog & digital test development
  • Basic knowledge of Signal and Power integrity principles
  • Experience on multiple tester platforms, particularly on Teradyne platforms
  • Statistical data analysis with tools such as Excel or JMP or equivalent
  • Programming in high level languages such as C, C++ and/or Visual Basic
  • Able to manage priorities of multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Able to utilize engineering test hardware (for example, oscilloscopes) to debug part related issues
  • Working knowledge of ATPG, scan chain insertion and DFT developmentExcellent communication skills
