Job Description

  • Installation & Upgrade of IBM Workload Scheduler and Active Batch Automation (Redwood Active Batch)
  • Setup and configuration of scheduling environments and workflows
  • Day-to-Day operational support including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Production support for job scheduling, incident resolution, and escalation management
  • Documentation including installation guides, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring issues
  • Three to five years or more of related IT work experience supporting workload automation using different tools.
  • Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Resource Requirements
  • Strong, hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (IWS/TWS) and its associated tools.
  • Certification in IBM Workload Scheduler, ActiveBatch, and Azure/GCP is strongly recommended.
