IBM Release Manager

Strong hands‑on experience with  IBM Maximo  (configuration, customizations, integrations, and deployments).

Solid understanding of Maximo Architecture, MBOs, workflows, escalations, and database impact.

Experience managing Maximo releases in complex, multi‑environment landscapes.

Familiarity with Maximo version upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments.

Working knowledge of databases (Oracle / SQL Server) and deployment scripts.

Process & Tools Strong experience with  Release Management ,  Change Management , and  ITIL  processes.

Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models and alignment of releases to program increments.

Hands‑on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Project Place, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar release/change tools.

Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices is an advantage.
