Role Purpose
The IBM Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise-grade business process automation solutions using IBM's Business Automation and integration platforms. The role focuses on building new workflow-driven applications, integrating multiple systems, resolving production defects, and ensuring high availability and performance across hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance applications using IBM BAW and IBM BPM platforms
Design and implement system integrations using APIs, IBM MQ, and connectors
Troubleshoot, fix defects, and optimize performance of existing applications
Support production environments with 24/7 issue resolution and monitoring
Implement configuration changes, upgrades, and workflow improvements
Monitor system health, performance metrics, and SLA compliance
