Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement business workflows using IBM Cloud Pack for Business Automation under guidance of senior architects.
- Develop and maintain business rules using IBM Business Rules / ODM.
- Implement BPMN-based workflows.
- Integrate workflows with Java / Spring Boot microservices using REST APIs.
- Consume and publish workflow events to Kafka or equivalent event streaming platforms.
- Assist in translating functional and policy requirements into executable workflows and rules.
- Support rule testing, simulation, and validation to ensure correctness and auditability.
- Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to understand tax/compliance process flows.
- Maintain workflow documentation, diagrams, and configuration artifacts.
