LEGO Iberia is seeking a Senior Customer Development Manager to lead commercial go-to-market initiatives in Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, this role reports to the Country Manager, Iberia, and is a permanent, full-time position focused on delivering ROI through data-driven decision making and strong partner management.

You will drive regional-to-local execution, collaborate across functions, and balance short- and long-term priorities within the Western Europe market group.
