As part of the Global Payroll Center of Excellence, the Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in delivering Payroll Services across our Europe Region. This incumbent will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external Stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Monthly Payroll processing activities, ensure pay is processed on time, accurately, completely and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Deliver all year end payroll processes.
  • Ensure all SOX compliant controls relevant to the payroll process are executed
  • Support with internal and external audit and tax-related activities, including preparation of data and evidence as required
  • Support with Finance and HR queries
