IBDP Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY:

La Miranda International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic IBDP Coordinator to lead and further develop our International Baccalaureate program. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to be able to teach one IB/MYP subject in Computer Science, Psychology, or Mathematics (MYP, AA or AI) in English, combining strong pedagogical leadership with high-quality classroom practice, although other subjects are also welcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of the IBDP programme, ensuring alignment with IB standards and philosophy.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment and reporting across the IB framework.
• Support and guide teachers through effective professional development and collaborative practice.
• Teach one IB/MYP subject (Computer Science, Psychology, or Mathematics) in English.
