Job Description

The IAM Support Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and appropriate access to applications, systems, and data. This role works closely with IT, Security, and business teams to manage user access, resolve IAM-related incidents, and support compliance with security policies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping Identity).
Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, role assignments, and access modifications.
Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, service requests, and access issues within SLA.
Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password management solutions.
Perform access reviews, audits, and recertifications in compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
