Requirements
• Experience in Microsoft ecosystem M365, Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, Intune, Defender
• Operational experience with IAM Tools including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Team with extensive experience in other IAM Tools like SailPoint, OKTA, etc.
• Well defined SLAs with different tier categories
• Experience in ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions.
