Job Description

  • Deep hands-on expertise in IAM tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and identity data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle architectures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues end-to-end
  • Configure, customize, and enhance IAM platforms (SailPoint, OIM, Entra ID).
  • Manage integrations and connectors with HR systems, Active Directory, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot platform-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support IAM platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
  • Maintain role models, entitlement structures, and identity lifecycle workflows.
  • Support operational teams during incidents and major changes
