**Job Description**
A top-tier technology-driven organization in Minneapolis, MN is looking for an IAM Engineer to bolster their cybersecurity and compliance operations. In this capacity, you will be charged with fortifying the company’s digital perimeter by developing and administering identity management frameworks and enhancing the organization’s access control across hybrid environments.
The successful candidate will contribute to the selection and integration of new IAM platforms, implement secure authentication services, and coordinate lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, and access modification. You’ll automate user provisioning, conduct thorough role and entitlement reviews, and serve as a subject matter expert in identity governance.
