IAM Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer  to join our Platform Security Engineering team. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applications across the organization. This role also involves leveraging AI-driven automation and analytics  to enhance identity governance and streamline access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage IAM solutions to enforce identity governance and access control policies.
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege models.
