Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a IAM Analyst (contract). In this role, you will responsible for managing user access throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting access reviews, maintaining security controls, and assisting with IAM-related projects and process improvements. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer user access lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
+ Process access requests, modifications, and removals in accordance with established policies and security controls.
+ Investigate and resolve access-related issues, provisioning errors, and entitlement discrepancies.
+ Support role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege access models, and access governance initiatives.
