Job Description
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Document IAM processes
• Educate users on IAM processes
• Troubleshoot end user issues in accessing IT systems
• Analyze, document & resolve IAM tickets
• Generate & re-route non-IAM tickets
• Provision & de-provision access to BlackBox systems
• Modify end-user identity information within BlackBox systems
• Build Access Models in new systems
• Roll-out access related projects
• Generate scripts to help manage access activities
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Working knowledge of IT and of IT Service/Help Desk processes
• Familiarity with basic Security & Compliance concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to explore and rapidly understand system functionality with little to no guidance
• Ability to document detailed process flows from minimal and/or ambiguous information
• Strong customer service skills
