Resolve automation issues during production

Overview

  • Incident response involves promptly identifying, analyzing, resolving, and documenting issues and system disruptions to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime, which includes taking part in standby/on-call duty during non-business hours.
  • Standby duty will be one full week including weekends every 5 weeks, including nights and weekends, which will of course be fairly compensated. Almost all issues that come up during the standby ours can be resolved remotely.
  • Detailed tasks

  • Analyze, respond to, document and close incident tickets managed by the plant maintenance platform (SAP-PM)
  • Perform root-cause analyses and implementing appropriate corrective/preventative actions to prevent incident recurrence and minimize downtime.
