Provide L2/L3 support for Hyland Brainware OCR platform Troubleshoot OCR, data extraction, classification, and validation issues Support and maintain SAP and enterprise system integrations via APIs Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive stability improvements Collaborate with business teams on AP Shared Services processes Support releases, testing, and hyper‑care activities Document configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures Required Skills
