We are looking for a Support Analyst with hands‑on experience in Hyland Brainware Intelligent Data Capture (OCR) to support and optimize enterprise document processing solutions. The role involves OCR support, SAP integration, and continuous improvement of data extraction and validation workflows, with a focus on Accounts Payable Shared Services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Hyland Brainware OCR platform
  • Troubleshoot OCR, data extraction, classification, and validation issues
  • Support and maintain SAP and enterprise system integrations via APIs
