  • Supervise and ensure all hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and related F&B spaces.
  • Train staff on hygiene procedures and food safety practices.
  • Monitor ingredient quality, expiry dates, and sample retention.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare hygiene reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Food Safety, F&B, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience in hygiene, QA, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
