RFNOW Inc. is seeking applications from motivated individuals interested in joining our Construction and Maintenance Team as Hydrovac Operator working out of Virden, Manitoba. The successful candidates will be involved in day-to-day operations including the preparation and installation of fiber internet infrastructure.

General Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain one of a variety of Hydrovac trucks for soil excavation and removal around our fiber optic cable network
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment
• Conduct daily equipment inspection reports on equipment before use. Report any repair issues or equipment hazards immediately
• Secure special attachments to equipment
• Assist with general labour duties when needed, to complete fiber optic construction projects.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from the jobsite, including loading and unloading.
