The Field Supervisor will coordinate 10-40 operators and contractors, ensuring high service quality and efficient workflows. You must possess a Class 3 Hydrovac operator certification, excellent interpersonal skills, and good computer proficiency. Flexibility to work long hours and travel when needed is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize crews and third-party contractors for projects
• Maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs
