Job Description

Teräskonttori, a Finnish engineering company with over 100 years of experience, is seeking a Hydraulic Product Manager.

The role involves managing product segments, sales, and customer relationships in Western Finland, including supplier relations, procurement, pricing, training, and development.

Work can be from home or offices in Vantaa and Pirkkala. Reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hydraulic knowledge (understanding hydraulic diagrams and systems)
  • Technical education
  • Sales experience (advantage)
  • IT skills (e.g., Excel)
  • Problem‑solving and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Active and self‑driven approach
  • Fluent in English and Finnish; other languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Finland and abroad
