We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team on the first shift. This is a direct hire position where you will diagnose hydraulic failures and performance issues on production equipment, ensuring reliable operation and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose hydraulic failures and performance issues on production equipment.
+ Troubleshoot hydraulic systems experiencing pressure loss, speed fluctuations, overheating, drift, leakage, contamination, and inconsistent operation.
+ Perform hands-on repair, rebuilding, and replacement of hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds, accumulators, and filtration systems.
+ Identify and resolve root causes of hydraulic failures rather than implementing temporary fixes.
