About the Role
Gagnon Line Construction is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician with dielectric testing experience to support our operations in both Grand Falls, NB and Windsor, QC. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of our hydraulic systems and insulated aerial devices that support emergency power restoration operations across North America.
This position reports directly to the Grand Falls General Manager and will work at both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on hydraulic systems for utility trucks and equipment (e.g., bucket trucks, diggers, cranes).
- Conduct dielectric testing on insulated aerial devices in accordance with CSA/ANSI safety standards.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical control systems to ensure optimal performance.
