Client Server is looking for a Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead to take ownership of the technology strategy for a growing motorsport and technology business. You’ll shape engineering functions, build a high-performing team, and work closely with senior leadership, driving modern engineering practices.

You will join the team near Oxford / Bicester, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The salary is up to £80k, alongside equity and opportunities for career progression.
