Counsel Health is seeking a Talent Partner who lives and breathes Engineering hiring, with a keen eye for product recruiting. This role demands moving fast, holding a high bar, and building pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for each role.

The position is a full-time, 6-month contract with a path to permanent, hybrid out of Boston or NYC (Flatiron). You’ll drive sourcing, evaluation, and placement with a focus on AI-enabled healthcare engineering teams.
