Drive service advancements with Mazda Canada as a Service Development Manager. This hybrid position emphasizes strategic growth initiatives based out of Langley, British Columbia.
This role requires you to analyze financial statements and KPIs, guiding Retailers in improving their service and parts operations. You will collaborate with Dealer Business Managers on action plans while facilitating training sessions and national rollouts to enhance Retailer performance and customer satisfaction. Your insights will be crucial in shaping effective operational strategies.
