Hybrid RN Supervisor: In-Home Health Assessments (MA)

Activate Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a distributed team of RN Assessors across Massachusetts. You will own quality, productivity, compliance, and professional development, ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission to the health plan’s review team.

The role requires active MA RN licensure, 3+ years of RN experience (home health/community assessment preferred), and prior supervisory experience. You will work in a hybrid model with field-based visits and remote coaching.
