ALTEN México is seeking a Project Manager/Quality Specialist Mid to join our automotive quality team in Toluca. You will develop and standardize quality enablers, lead cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

The role requires a Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace background, 2+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers in a lean environment. Hybrid work arrangement included.
