Cognizant is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to join our team in Mexico. The role focuses on supporting HR, Security and Compensation modules, with strong emphasis on interfacing and reporting using HCM extracts, HDLs, OTBI, and BIP reports.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, advanced English, and the ability to work hybrid from Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey, or Queretaro.
