Job Description

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Housing Applications Lead for a 3–12 months contract with a Local Authority. The role focuses on operating and improving NEC Housing systems, ITSM processes, and collaboration with ICT, Digital Services and external partners.

You will oversee system stability, data integrity and governance while coordinating changes, upgrades and deployments to minimise disruption and support service delivery.
