Job Description
Ebury is seeking a Service Support Analyst for its Leon Office. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and 1 day work-from-home per week, supporting Windows, Linux, Mac and Chrome OS across 2000+ users in 51 offices worldwide.
You will diagnose issues, configure devices, assist with onboarding/offboarding, provide IT training, manage IT projects, and create documentation, ensuring high levels of customer service for internal and external users.
