This role provides hands‑on technical field support for DePuy Synthes’ commercial operations, combining on‑site field service with remote/hybrid technical support. The Hybrid Engineer partners closely with customers, sales, and internal teams to install, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize medical equipment and solutions. This position plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, patient safety, and business growth by ensuring reliable performance and compliance of field‑deployed systems.
