In this dynamic role, you will provide a combination of caretaker and janitorial services, handyman duties, and building maintenance responsibilities, while responding promptly to client needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance: Manage and supervise the site. Monitor and maintain the garbage and recycling rooms. Coordinate and supervise annual and seasonal building services and inspections.

• Access & Security: Handle fob and enterphone programming.

• Administrative Duties: Collect funds as directed, post notices, send emails, and submit caretaker reports.
