Job Description

BP PLC in Mexico City is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute standard, complex, and customized billing programs aligned with marketing offers and customer contracts. You will maintain direct customer interaction to define invoice requirements and resolve disputes, and act as a key resource for invoicing, credit checks, portal monitoring, and document delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in Billing Support or back-office customer service within Order to Cash, and familiarity with CRM/ERP
