Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to perform installation, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM) for air-conditioning and ventilation systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) for HVAC systems
Perform corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting for system breakdowns
Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment including split units, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, and chiller systems
Conduct system performance checks and ensure optimal operation
Prepare maintenance reports and service documentation
Comply with safety procedures and site regulations
Attend emergency breakdowns when required
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
