HVAC Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of the company, executing daily service calls with a high level of independence and minimal guidance. You will step into a well-established business during an exciting growth phase as leadership transitions to the founder's son. Your primary focus is high-quality diagnostic and repair work, relieving the leadership team of hands-on field operations so they can focus on scaling the business. Pay is flexible based on previous experience starting at $30/hr.

Responsibilities

• Execute Service Calls: Autonomously handle a minimum 2 to 3 residential service calls daily, managing your time efficiently to complete diagnosis, repair, and customer interaction within 1 to 1.5 hours per site.
• Diagnostics & Basic Repairs: Troubleshoot and fix seasonal residential HVAC issues. Common summer tasks include repairing clogged drain plugs, clearing frozen coils, and resolving low...
